Main Street HR Partners keeps this site simple. The public site does not include account logins, online payments, or a web form that sends information to the website.

The public workforce tools run in your browser. Information entered into the employer workforce health check, readiness assessment, turnover calculator, decision brief, or documentation check is not saved by the site or sent to Main Street HR Partners while you use the tool. Downloading, copying, or printing an output happens only when you choose that action.

After completing a tool, you may choose Request a Private Review. The name, reply address, organization, note, and concise result summary remain in your browser while the website prepares a message in your email app. Nothing is sent until you choose Send in that email app. Information you then send may be used to respond to your request and maintain ordinary business records.

The Kansas Workforce Profiles use a public data file stored with the website. Profile searches and filters happen in your browser and are not sent to Main Street HR Partners.

If you contact Main Street HR Partners, the information you choose to provide may be used to respond to your inquiry and maintain ordinary business records.

Website hosting and security services may process routine technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited. This helps keep the site available and secure.
